On March 17, Guizhou University held a seminar focused on promoting the high-quality development of undergraduate education and teaching. The event took place at the College of Civil Engineering on the university’s West Campus. University leaders Song Bao’an, Zhang Jie, and Wang Jinrong attended the seminar, along with representatives from relevant offices and colleges.

During the seminar, Xiang Song, Director of the Academic Affairs Office, delivered a report titled “Current Status and Reflections on Undergraduate Talent Development at Guizhou University.” His presentation addressed three key areas: talent cultivation, postgraduate study outcomes, as well as assessment and incentive mechanisms.

Following the report, participants engaged in discussions on the current state of undergraduate education and teaching at the university, identifying existing challenges and exploring strategies for improvement.
